compromise their ideas of using large cast stone or precast
concrete moldings in public areas or in applications above first floor level. This, because of weight, building codes or extremely high
installation costs. Until now you have been forced to use stucco on
framing, stucco on foam ( a process which after 10 years is now
proving to be problematic ) or GFRC ( glass fiber reinforced concrete) none of these being aesthetically pleasing. None resembling real stone.

resembles real stone, matches cast stone in color and texture, allowing you to mix regular weight cast stone and lightweight cast stone on the same project. Light enough for two men to handle easily, this 8'-0" long x 14" x 14" eave mold panel is being lifted into place.
Once set into place one man can hold the panel while the other man reaches for the tools and screws needed to install.
Self tapping screws are then screwed through the flanges and into the 2" x 4" studs. The flanges and screws will eventually be covered by the stucco.
Waterproof construction adhesive is placed on the lap joint with a caulk gun. The process repeats itself.
